A quick and dirty quilt for charitable donation.
Self-drafted pattern using the pinwheel block with mini polka-dot fabric
Maypole by Suzy Quilts is one of my favorite patterns and here I’ve used warm fall colors. A little further along you’ll see one in red that I made for my sister. . .
This quilt ticked two to-do’s for me: a gift to my nephew as a tribute to his military service and a simple bargello style piecing. At 71” long x 56” wide it’s the largest quilt I’ve tackled; it was quilted by Amy at Amy’s Beautiful Creations.
Baby quilt using Utopia Metallic jelly roll plus pink/purple scraps from my last quilt
The fabric is from the Kaffe Fassett Collective. The quilt is approximately 40” x 50”
This modern quilt is about 40”x40” and the pattern (Maypole by Suzy Quilts) was a joy to work on. You’ll probably see more of this pattern.
This 50” x 81” beauty was created using a fat quarter bundle of Kaffe Fassett’s Peacock collection. Since it was so large, I sent it out to a longarm quilter to finish the quilt. The pattern is “Simple Sashing & Rectangles” from AllPeopleQuilt.com.
This 51”x 51” grayscale quilt was “commissioned” by the love of my life. I used Kona Gray fat quarters with white sashing and the Crazy Eight ruler.
